Everybody wants a nice ass and boobs, I'm gonna start with the ass.
1. You need to eat good, protein is good, you can find it in eggs. But don't eat the yolk, it has lot off calories!

2. If you gonna eat some meet, eat fish! I only eat fish like salmon & tuna. (Remember: not tuna in oil)

3. You must exercise your butt, squats is the best.

4. Allways remember to drink a lot off water and coffe/Tea so you have energi

5. But remember to allways Movie your body! If you jog every day and go to the gym you'll not get fat! Only the Butt gets more volym!

Today I'm gonna do some yoga, I know a lady in the town that has yoga classes for people who wanna lose weight. But if you don't know someone that has yoga-classes you can seartch on youtube, you'll find a lot off good videos!

Tomorrow I'll drink a cup of Tea without sugar and with a little ecologic honny. Then i'll jog about 5 km. Coment what you eat to breakfast, remember to allways eat something ( or drink something that gives you a bit off energi so you can jog or go to the gym)
